Midsummer NiGHTopia [open, and still accepting characters, humans now avalible]

"Tell me more Owl....why was exiled...." Puc wanted to know, this had to be all a set up, to be dismissed then reassigned....he was forced into lies....and Eva....what Eva mean in all of this.
"You were exiled for reasons of free thinking, the usual reason why creatures are dismissed from Wizeman's control, such as myself of course."
Free thinking? Puc, going against the system? Makes sense.....Wizeman dared to make him be part of the nightmaren loyalist yet again, but yet....there was still the factor of his powers. "May I also ask why I can't fly like other Nightmaren?"
"Along with the destination of your exile, you were stripped of your right to fly, and your power of love control was forced to be passed to other nightmaren, and the last one to be affect by this power....was yourself."Owl then fly from the branch to fountain, he suspected NiGHTS to return soon.
"Myself....?", Puc repeated to himself several times.......why would he use on himself....selfish desires....but to fall in love with who....He approached Eva, "Master...Eva..." Puc was still puzzled by these words from Owl...they were all coming into place. "Shall we....go...?"

Eva decended from the gate to the stone ground and looked at Puc, giving him a nod. "I suppose if you are ready, we shall." Eva replied perkily, giving a yawn. She extended her hand and called the cage over with her finger, watching it with curiousity as it drifted carefully to them and hovered inches over the ground. "Did you find out anything worthwhile back there?" Eva asked with a grin, ready to paraloop them and their loot back to Nightmare...after hearing if the old bird gave Puc any trouble or not.

Puc knew it would be hard for him to say anything about what he heard....only the few that Eva could possibly believe. "Yes...I've found out I've been reduced in my skills....limited to my voice as my power, it does seem we can use the Owl's info for our selves as long Wizeman doesn't know" He said with a grin, still trembling from the truth.

"Reala!!" NiGHTS looped and dived downward, this chase was over, Reala was falling too fast and had no control over his speed. Thought NiGHTS hated everything about Nightmaren, he couldn't see Reala get hurt, it just wasn't right...even as enemies, NiGHTS would never want to see a former friend be in danger. Catching up to Reala he held him close, and paralooped before hitting the ground, heading back for the dream gate.

Eva looked at Puc with a small frown. That nuisance bird! What did he tell Puc?! "Well..." Eva started, noticing Puc shaking slightly, "at least you're figuring it all out now, huh?" Eva tried a smile, but she would never come to Owl to get information Wizeman saw unfit for her to know...but she wouldn't tell anyone if Puc came and did so. She didn't want him to get in trouble... and thinking back to what he said in the chamber before his memory was lost...she doesn't have the heart to let anything bad happen to him now.

NiGHTS appeared at the gate, carrying Reala in his arms who was currently unconscious, and shocked to see what had happened. The Gate has been shut, the screams of visitors can still be heard, and above all, two nightmarens with a cage full of the visitors ideya. Fighting Reala was just a distraction from this scheme. Still carrying Reala, they flied over the gate, landing gracefully on the edge of the fountain, "I should have known Wizeman would get his minions to do his dirty work." NiGHTS placed Reala on the ground, using the edge of the fountain to sit him up.
"Owl, watch over Reala." NiGHTS commanded as he began to fly around the cage, hitting it from every edge.

Seeing NiGHTS, Puc remembered this purple jester.....how he was told about finding his own voice.....his own dreams.....and not just for Wizeman. However, Puc had his own path to travel yet again, abandoned by Wizeman, he now only cares for his current master. Puc took in a big breath, using the only power still remembered, of sound, letting out a loud scream that NiGHTS fly off balance, shooting into the air. "Now's your chance Master."

Eva was enraged. Everything had gone so smoothly, and now NiGHTS has come to play hero and make everything fall apart? No! She wouldn't stand it this time! She wasn't stuck inside a pathetic human boy this time! She wasn't going to be made a fool of...not to him! Eva sprung from the ground and headed up high, making a large paraloop, and halting with a violent jerk as her dust trails connected. Snapping her fingers, she pointed her index finger towards the portal, and with a creak and a crackle, the badly beaten cage slowly began to drift up and to it, soon to travel through, and land right into Wizeman's clutches, just as planned.
"Go away you worthless traitor!" Eva bellowed at NiGHTS, her eyes darting to the unconcious Reala every now and again. "You're already too late to stop us!"

After spinning loosely in the air, NiGHTS was able to recover form, and dive towards the cage. There was no chance of getting the ideya back now, breaking the cage would release the ideya but making them easier to suck into the portal, and trying to pull the cage out means fighting with Wizeman, something NiGHTS was not ready to accomplish yet. "Guess I have no other choice...Persona of the Rocket, give me strength!!" A persona appear in NiGHTS hands, and placing on like mask, NiGHTS soon transformed into a rocket, blasting past Eva in break neck speeds.

Puc ran towards the speeding rocket, trying his scream again, he didn't not have enough time before the rocket flew past, causing Puc to fly back by the wind currents, and landing in a nearby tree. Owl followed, as NiGHTS caught Reala and transported through one of the doors, leaving with saying, "An eye for an eye."

Blown back from her spot as the rocket went by, Eva had only just opened her eyes to see Puc dissapear into a tree unwillingly, and to see her comanding officer taken as well...there wasn't much left to be positive about now. "GO FASTER!!" Eva screamed at the cage, snapping her fingers again, making it creak more as it tried to push its cargo through. "FASTER!! FASTER!!!" She had to hurry and go aid those who had fallen, but she had promised to make sure Wizeman got what he deserved first, even if this pain in her chest told her to hurry away already, she came to the Gate for a reason. The cage fazed through, and the portal shattered, evaporating away as the remaining dust from the dust trails dissapeared as well. "Puc?!" Eva called out, lowering to the trees in attempt to spot him somewhere. "Puc...are you injured anywhere??"
...NiGHTS was probabaly to far ahead by now.

"Incoming package Master Wizeman!" SPiTE called out as the bent up beaten cage full of ideya of different colors appeared before them. SPiTE also watch carefully before the gate closed, "It seems high servant Reala has been knocked out Master Wizeman."
"Let him be, we have accomplished what we needed, with this much ideya, I will be able to create my first patch of mortal-marens, to release on the earth disguised as humans, making the search for ideya so much easier."
Wizeman paused for a moment, he saw NiGHTS through the portal for a split second, wearing a persona of transformation, the chamber was silent. "SPiTE, you have mission to do, return that persona back to me at once."

"ow...." Puc landed in a tree with his stomach landing hard on the branch, his legs stretching to a nearby branch, while his arms tangled, finger tips pointing to the ground. "I'm not sure master....please help down."

"This is quite a risk you have taken NiGHTS." Owl spoke to NiGHTS on his choice to bring Reala, still out cold, to spring garden.
"Sorry Owl, I only chose the first door I could go through." NiGHTS spoke, back in nightmaren form.
"He will bring much trouble if he awakes, the nightopians are already hiding at the sight of Reala." Owl continued his lecture, but NiGHTS decided to take actions into his own hands, carrying Reala to a higher peak.
"You worry too much Owl, I'll take him to high peak, and make sure, he doesn't harm anyone."
"For your sake I hope." Owl floated off to calm the nightopians.

Eva quickly followed Puc's voice through the branches and leaves of a neraby tree, and sighed, seeing his current state tangled and mangled. She moved over to him and ran her hands under his underarms, gently lifting him off the branches and holding him close to her as she began her way down. "I'm very proud of you, Puc." Eva said softly, slowly making a decent for a nearby bench to place Puc on. "You were amazing back there..I'm happy to have you alongside me." She slid Puc down on the bench with care and drifted to the front of him, examining him again. "Do you feel pain?"

Puc blushed, to be praised by Eva, it warmed his heart to be cared by his master for his skills, "I'm happy to be with you too." He responded, approaching her closer face to face, but pulled back, it was too soon. "Feel pain?" He asked, she must have been talking about the fall from the tree, "Yes...my torso...a little"

Eva frowned and sat next to Puc on the bench. That horrid traitor...she couldn't let him get away scot free after doing all of this. Almost releasing the Ideya she had collected...doing who knows what to General Reala...and then flinging Puc into a tree like a child throwing a toy....she couldn't let any of it go. Eva hung her head and sighed. Where would that traitor take General Reala?
...and what did he mean by, "an eye for an eye"?

Reala opened his eyes, and found himself staring at a blue sky, blinking he looked around frantically, a world of water and wonder, it made him puzzled. "Got to see you survived Reala." NiGHTS spoke softly to Reala, smiling. "NiGHTS?!?!?" Reala yelled, but stopped, his voice was sore, he must of hurt it....screaming for master Wizeman.... "where am I..." He said softly, resting his voice.
"Splash Garden, but you don't have to stay here if you don't want to. But then again, you're in no condition to leave. After a fall like that, you wasted all your energy screaming." Reala growled, but a tint of pink flushed on his cheeks. "Don't worry Reala, I plan to take care of you till you get well." NiGHTS kept smiling, and Reala, was still in shock, only thinking, "Master Wizeman, send me a rescue.....

"So...." Puc began as he sat closer to Eva. "Even after we raided this place....it still looks lovely..." He was unsure what he was trying to say, other then trying to avoid, talking about his recent discovery. It was best kept a secret, Puc thought as he moved closer to Eva, his leg touch her's.

Eva lifted her head and looked around, actually looking at this place clearly for the first time, in a long while. "It sort of....is." she said quietly, staring at the fountain. Eva couldn't forget the fact Reala had been taken...but, for reasons she didn't know herself, she wanted to sit here..just a bit longer. She felt Puc close to her, and leaning over, Eva rested her head on his shoulder, liking how warm he felt. Things would be so peaceful if this strange feeling in her chest would go away.

Puc felt Eva's head rest next to him, he continued to blush, enjoying their time together. But yet....something didn't feel right...Eva worried, she worried about what had happened before most likely, only when NiGHTS rocketed by, knocking away himself and taking Reala with him....was that what she worried about? Puc almost got jealous for Eva to worry more on Reala, but yet....He couldn't have her stay worried, "Is something wrong?" Puc asked.

"It's just..." Eva trailed off, letting her gaze drift to her lap, "...NiGHTS said somthing odd...when he took General Reala...that's all." Eva twiddled her fingers. It felt kind of nice to have somone to discuss things with...but there was too much on her mind preventing her from enjoying Puc's company fully. "Do you think he is alright?" Eva asked, continuing to play with her fingers, finding it wrong to sit and wonder, not act.

So Puc was right, she did worry for Reala as if he would be put through severe punishment, doubtful that NiGHTS would do such a thing, but as a rebel, NiGHTS had Reala as a hostage, meaning he would soon be making demands to Wizeman for Reala's safety, as strange as that thought was, Puc still believed it as the whole story.
"I don't want to see you like this Master...." Puc began, his smile faded, "Reala is strong, and should be able to escape from NiGHTS before our next mission, I'm....I'm sure....of it" struggling to say the last of his words, he continued to think, if he had known Eva before...

"It is time", Wizeman began, having Lei-Lei after a long wait of fear, disappearance and rebirth, would now have the chance to get rid of the past and began anew. However, be as it may, She would still be under the control of Wizeman, as she had no made herself a servant, with no one else to turn to. "Combining human with nightmaren only result in an unstable loss, but now, combined with the colors of ideya, you Lei-Lei, will be the first of a new species, both human, and nightmaren, to trust in only Wizeman....to harvest for only Wizeman..."

"I suppose you're right..." Eva said quietly, yawning again, "...General Reala is more than capable of handling any situation...but even so....it feels wrong to just wait..." Eva closed her eyes and sighed, resting on Puc's shoulder more. There's more than just worry that perplexed her. Puc seems like a great companion...so why in the world would she forget him? He seems nice, conciderate, trustworthy...what could have possibly made her want to do somthing like she did?
Maybe that choice could have been a mistake..

"Maybe we should go back home" Puc said as he stood, turning back to Eva, "We are both tired, and you look like you need your rest." He offered his hand to her, to escape back to their shelter till they are put up to a mission yet again. All Puc wanted to do now...was protect Eva....protect her...from Wizeman.

Eva looked up at Puc, taking his hand with a small smile. Puc was right...they both were not at their best right now, and some rest will do them some good. And Reala was strong...he'd definately be back in Nightmare soon...worrying about someone so powerful is silly, right? "Thank you." Eva said to Puc, getting herself to her feet and making a portal back to their chambers. Puc was right...rest sounded lovely.

Reala continued to be annoyed by NiGHTS, while NiGHTS continued to stay around him, flying aorund in circles and asking strange questions. "Don't you ever what it's like to be a free spirit?" NiGHTS asked curiously.
"No...." Reala said softly, and he pulled his legs to his chest, still angry, he growled as NiGHTS continued to hover around him like a mosquito.

"Home sweet home" Puc was glad to be back in the mono colored chambers of his new home, it would give him quiet time to think and rest, not to mention try to be close with Eva, as he walked over to her, "Shall I lead you to your room Master?" asking that was a strange question, but he hoped she'd follow along.

Eva stared at Puc with a grin. What an odd thing to ask...but she saw no harm in it, so why not? "Oh, would you be so kind?" Eva yawned out with her grin, wrapping one of her arms around one of his. It felt diffrent to Eva to be acting so diffrently, but being around Puc...this kind behavior just came naturally.

Puc led Eva to her room like a gentle men would escort his lady, hand in hand, and in close grasp till reaching the destination only a few feet away. "Today was sure an adventure!" He began to say, loosening his grip, "I look forward to your next commands Master Eva." As he spoke his mind raced on 'kiss her already!' He hesitated to, and walked away, to go to his blank room, and regret his decision.

Eva smiled and watched Puc head for his door, letting out a quiet, "Good night, Puc." before heading in herself. Once inside, Eva glided to her bed and sat down on it gently. Though tired, she didn't want to fall asleep just yet..there was still one thing left on her mind Eva wanted to think about...somthing that made her smile stick to her face as she looked up to the ceiling and thought about it more. Perhaps instead of just waiting for assignments to come around...maybe it might be worth it to invite Puc out for a bit of fresh air? What were those outings called again? "Going out" with someone? Huh....how unimaginiative of a phrase...

"Yes....Master Wizeman" Lei-Lei said regrettably, getting used to the sound of control rushing through her and disappearing. "Then we shall begin" Wizeman said as several colors of ideya; black, white, red, green, blue, yellow, chased around Lei-Lei startinbg glow with the sounds of shock and held in yells. The process commenced.

Puc mumbled to himself as he sat on his bed "You had the chance and you walked away, how do you expect her to noticed you goof!' Laying down, he only hoped for tomorrow to go well, mission-wise and if he can finally have the courage to speak with Eva on more then just.....he had to be calm, tensing up would only make matters worse.
