Midsummer NiGHTopia [open, and still accepting characters, humans now avalible]

"...I suppose that is half my reason," Chive began with a calmer tone, looking up to the ceiling as he thought about it all more, what his true reasons really truly are.
"..The way I see things...this game was only devised to provide a way of testing the wills of us all, see how determined we can be to prove and protect our worth in this world....the fighting is just the way to compare the determination of one to another..the victor would appear as seemingly going the stronger will....but to just go out and fight someone just like that...my heart would just not be in it..I guess.."
Chive would never question his Master's way of thinking,..he used to do everything he was told whether it was violent or bloody...but such a life only showed him the lower pleasures of having an existence, only enjoying being powerful, rather than enjoying anything at all..
"I suppose my will has just grown weak when it comes to hurting others.." Chive began to mumble letting his head rest back in his pillows as his eyes drooped farther down, "..But even it I did win it on the end...ky life is well as it is now...I have nothing more to gain or crave...I even get to know someone like you, Vaye...so I do not believe in relieving that reward...I have no wish to change a thing."

"Chive....." Vaye listened to Chive with an open mind, he didn't have to fight to understand the war....easily able to state this war's true purpose. "You are strong Chive.." Vaye pulled herself closer to him, she wouldn't let him think of himself any less. "You know who you want to be, a nightmaren who won't attack his own kind....it's so brave....to stand against the rules." Vaye kissed him again, pulling him over her, and laid staring up at Chive....so nice....meant to be....

He would admit it, Exo was pretty suprised to see someone venture out to come and release him from his binds, let alone tell of Master giving him a second oportunity to continue a path in this war...but as he accepted the item held out for his hands...all he could do was grunt.
The General's persona...eh? Something must have happened to him...terrible...wel either that, or perhaps he found a new persona better to his liking....either way, to adorn the mask that had almost seen to his own death...what utter irony Master has provided for him.
"...I thank you both for my opportunity." Exo replied bluntly, stretching out his muscles after being tightened together for so long as he stood himself back up, "..I shall make sure that your trip out to free me wasn't a waste..little lady."

Chive looked down at Vaye as his cheeks slowly burned to a dark pink, heart beat fluttering around inside his chest...from her words...from her actions...did she really mean what she said...does she really think he's..brave..? ..For not fighting another senselessly...Chive always thought that made him a coward in some form....but...was he actually...actually brave for his feelings..? ...He..he didn't know how to take that..to be called brave...to be called strong..to be made to feel like somone really..cares...it was just so.....so....special...
"..Thank you, Vaye..." Chive calmly murmured, voice believeable, but the arms that stand holding him up wobbling this way and that, "..Thank..you..."

Lei-Lei did her part, she would now have to give the other persona in her hands to Bomamba, then return to her position as spectator to this war. As she floated away, Exo's voice caught her attention, what was he offering....? She landed back down on the ground, staring at Exo, "I'm listening?" she asked, knowing that perhaps that she deserved something in return for saving Exo.....twice!...

Vaye smiled, Chive had fully enjoyed her company, their love was true as their hearts guided them. She closed her eyes, life would soon be complete....the war would soon end....and then....there relationship will still be true......right....Vaye can't be paranoid, not while falling asleep....not....now....

Chive watched curiously as Vaye's eyes steadily drifted to a close, remembering that she must be tired after her battle with Reala..and with their plans together with the others tomorow, rest is something that maybe should have been thought of earlier.....but even so...Chive didn't feel any regret for staying up for this "more time" with Vaye....he's happy that they did..
Leaning back to the side, Chive lied himself back down in his spot with ease, trying his best to not disturb Vaye as she relaxed herself....this is, though..the first time he's ever shared a bed with another person...the lack of the usual room was suprisingly noticeable as well, and unable to do much to make himself at ease as well...Chive let one of his arms extend over Vaye, hand lightly holding her opposite shoulder...not able to do much else, but grip the awkwardness, and close his tired eyes.

Wizeman looked out at the world that bountiful dreamers of all types, Earth. Alas, that planet would soon be of no use to him once the infinity ideya is complete. However, the process to complete this ideya can only be accomplished by his nightmaren children. Not only will this war give him the completion of the ideya and the a selfish to the victor, but will help him find a second apprentice...one to take Reala's place...

"..I'll tell you what.." Exo began with a raise of the non present brow, shifting his weight onto his other foot before continuing further, "...If by some chance that I win this battle and come out th victor....I'll let you take my wish....after all, what..is this the second or third time that my hide has been saved by your generous self?" Uttering a light chuckle Exo turned and bent down for his guns, gently taking one in each hand as he looked over the damages carefully, slipping them both back into their seperates homes at the side of his waist before turning back to Lei-Lei...sporty look in his eyes, "If by some chance I win....my wish is yours....you just remember that, now.....and thank you once again, little lady."
With a quick loop back, a portal was produced straight to a white room, Exo's quarters, left just as he had exited, not a single thing moved or out of place, and with a small two finger salute, Exo glided back off through his portal with soft chuckle hauntingly echoing off the walls.
In honesty, Exo doesn't care to win this war any longer...all he wants is to get Eva and Puc alone again, alone would be best for what he has to do with them, anway..there's still a score that must be settled...and a debt, that must be payed.

If Exo wins.....the wish would be hers? Lei-Lei had to think on this....he has been granted a second chance to fight, and he's not doing it for the wish.....then for what? Lei-Lei would rather fight on her own then to let Exo fight for her.....especially since he was the second to be eliminated in this war...Lei-0Lei had to focus on her next task, finding Bomamba. Her location was a stationary post, para lopping to Bomamba's nightmare....she found herself in a world.....of nothing.
Bomamaba floated in a space of darkness, everything that represented her powers had vanished...to force the awakening of Cerberus. Lei-Lei judged both Bomamba's and Exo's appearances as broken and defeated.... and both of them get a second chance to fight...

Arriving back to his sweet white solitude Exo have a sigh, taking a tired look around outside his still opened door. Judging by how quiet things seem to be...looks as though most if not all have taken to their resting time..be had been tied up for quite while...wouldn't surprise him if it was already that time again.
...But if it really is that time, Puc and Eva will most likely be out of commission right now...well, that's just great...looks like there's nothing to be done for now...best get himself some rest before the new day comes..seems like the only thing to do.
With a noisy roll over Exo rolled himself onto his bed, taking his mask off with care before slipping on the new one, feeling an odd tingle as it sat on his face.
Tomorrow..he'll have to settle it..no getting around it, it's what he has to do...but..he could only imagine what they might say to him..what their eyes will look like..

"Bomamba..." Lei-Lei called out quietly, the cat witch easily responded looking up at her visitor with no expression on her face. "Wizeman has given you a second chance to fight in this war, therefore I present you with the persona of hope." Handing the persona to Bomamba, she gladly accept the second chance. Eva will easily take down the others in this war, she had already planned to win with out fighting....now...she has a double chance. The persona grew in size to fit her face, giving a loud laugh as she applied back into the war. Lei-Lei left Bomamba to enjoy her return to the war, while Vaye's outfit ripened like a banana, fading from bright yellow to a mucky brown.

Eva found herself unable to sleep, waking up after only with half the night gone by. ..Something in her didn't want to rest..she wasn't quite sure what it was..but....it was just something she felt..
Softly getting herself up and out of the bed Eva threw her coat over herself, rubbing her arms up and down as they sat wrapped up in the comfortable sleeves of her precious coat...still feeling unsure..but this feeling will surely pass...maybe she just needs a little air to clear her head..
Taking care not to make any noise to disturb Puc from his rest as well, Eva drited silently over to her door, opening it slowly before side-stepping her way out through the crack, soon drifting noiselessly down the hallway with tired eyes half open. With another slow turn of the handle, Eva silently poked her head into Chive's room, watching him as he slept soundly with that hideous thing next to his side, right under his arm...giving a small sigh before closing the door with a soft click, and continuing down the hallway again, floating right past Exo's room, reaching for his door handle without even throwing a glance inside as she pulled it shut, griping the handle tightly as her gaze sunk to the floor...before still continuing on down the hallway..coming to the entrance area.
There's just so much stress here...everything Exo has done..everything Vaye's trying to do...the fact that sooner or later, other compeitiors will find them for their masks....all Eva could do is lean against the wall, holding her hands over her face..all this is just so much to deal with...she hopes it will end soon, truely truely wishes it...then everyone can go back to a reasonable arangement..and..maybe...they can start living out Puc's sweet wish..

Vaye woke to the sound of a door slamming shut, guess someone couldn't sleep. She looked down upon Chive, curled right next to her, his expression was adorable to view, a glowing smile across his face. If it wasn't Chive who left, it could have been Eva or Puc, barely able to sleep and roaming around. Now's a good chance to catch them off guard....maybe even take their persona if she gets the chance. So devious, she could barely wait as she leaped from the bed to the doorway, slowly moving her hand to the door handle, and stopped herself from continuing. Looking down with wide eyes...her once beautiful outfit...."W-w-w-w-what!?!" No longer the bright yellow that represented the ideya of hope, her outfit faded to the color of dirt, repulsive....and plain. "Chive!!" Vaye called out as she ran back to the bed, trying to shake Chive awake, "Wake up Chive, Someone was in here!!"

Chive slowly came back into conciousness being shaken from side to side, unsure with what was going on but...someone had been in here..? ..Here? ...When did that happen...why would anyone even come in here at this hour anyway??
"..Are you uninjured?" Chive asked half asleep as he forced himself to push himself upright, "..Has anything been taken?"
Whatever Vaye saw, it obviously succeded in getting her all worked up...he wondered what it could have bee-....wait...what...? Vaye's clothes....Vaye's clothes used to be yellow, didn't they...? ...Brown...? ...They weren't like that before bed..

"I didn't get hurt and nothing was taken, but someone colored my clothing to...this...this....crude coloring..." Vaye was not pleased with this, she was now angered by such action..."Puc...Eva, they couldn't have done this...after we made an alliance.....but Eva wasn't there...." Vaye wanted to get revenge, her clothing ruined, they will pay......"I think your sister did this Chive.."

"Eva...do this..?" Chive repeated, puzzled, looking over Vaye's change in color once again, before letting his eyes glance at the newly browned scarf around his collar. "..I do not know about that, Vaye....I mean...do you think she even has something that could have done this to you on her? ..You said your persona was broken by General Reala, right.....perhaps its magic over your clothes has just finally worn all the way off..?"
...Chive didn't know, Eva could have done this somehow...anything's possible; he wasn't awake to see what happened...but...if Eva had done this...how could she have been so sneaky as to not disturb either of them while doing it? It could have been her....but it didn't make sense to him why..
"..Would it please you if I went and asked her, Vaye?" Chive asked as he rubbed his eye, telling that Vaye was extremely unpleased by this occurance...and not knowing how to make a fashion emergency better...he'd have to go for anything she'd ask.

The magic? That can't be why, she kept her persona safe at the dream gate... "please ask her for me." Vaye requested softly...she had to think about this....Her clothes faded because of the lost of magic....perhaps it wasn't the persona getting destroyed.....but just being away from the persona....if so, she can continue this act that she had 'lost' her persona.

Bomamba focused her skills to regain her powers using the ideya of hope from her persona. She would be able to fight in this war and have Eva to assist her. With her skills slowly regaining their life, she had to plan who would be the first she would attack with her new powers....so many choices....

"..Very well.."
With a sleepy lean up from the side of the bed Chive got himself back to the air, gliding over to his door with a light yawn before opening it up, planning to just float down to Eva's room and get a question or two from her while she still remained wrapped up in her bed...but...as he exited through the door..he saw Eva already out...standing at the end of the hallway, hands over her face....maybe...it really could have been Eva that dd all that to Vaye...she was up...not too far away from the door...but...still..wha in the world could she have used to pull off something like that??
"..Eva?" Chive began gently as he glided down to her side, seeing his oldest sibling turn to him with a tried face of her own as her hands slipped away, "...Did...you go into my quarters earlier..?"
"..I took a glance inside, yes." Eva answered blandly, still leaning all her weight onto the wall limply, "I woke you?"
"No...." Chive replied gradually, still unsure...but not unconvinced, "...What I came to ask you about is..well, Vaye's suit has taken a change...a change she does not really prefer over the old one...and she wanted me to come and find out if it was your doing..you did not do that, did you, Eva?"
Eva gave a sigh and shook her head in disgust....honestly, that girl screws something up herself..and has to have a scapegoat to plant it on, make everyone hate someone else for what she did....whatever Chive was talking about...if it really did make Vaye angry....hoo-ray.
"I haven't touched that girl at all yet, Chive...not once...my glance was to meerly see if you two were still up, but whatever happened to her..." Eva paused, giving a snort before getting herself upright again, "..If the brat comes and blames it on me again...best hope I don't find out.."
With that shared Eva glided back down the hall towards her quarters, throwing a glare at Vaye through Chive's open door as she passed by. This girl is already on the thinest ice imaginable...screw-ups like this is just an example of what's going to lead to her getting punched in the mouth around here...

While Vaye was left alone, listening for any other nearby, she had to get information on this situation, why the magic of her outfit faded....Summoning a sunflower out of the floor, she would use this little innocent plant to talk to the species at the Dream Gate, and be updated on what is going on... The sunflower shivered, quietly humming a message to Vaye,
"the fortress has fallen
from dogs towards cat
a human took the persona, two to be exact
.....we have failed...."
The sunflower then wilted and faded away, leaving Vaye to be dumbfounded. Her massive plant fortress, and her persona were both lost. "dogs towards cat.....?" Vaye was confused what that meant, and a human taking her persona...and another one? There was much to be thought upon....

Chive returned back to his room with a light scratch of his head, his sleepy eyes begining to fail to keep themselves open anymore..head drooping gently towards the floor with each moment gone by.
"...I went and asked her.." Chive stated blankly, eyelids shut like a curtain over his eyes, "..She stated she did not touch your suit, Vaye...I am at a loss, then...there must be a..dif..fwent..explination..to your..troubles.."

Eva floated in her doorway for a long time, gazing at Puc's sweet face as he slept...gazing at the persona that still laid resting on his perfect face...it was still an odd sight to see...persona on the face if someone such as him...but in a way...Eva didn't know..this persona..seemed worthy to grace his skin...purity of it all..
With a quiet click as her door pulled shut, Eva glided back over to her spot, setting the folded up coat back in its home before lying down herself, curling up next to Puc with a small shade of pink in her cheeks..
..Whatever tomorrow brings them..her only wish is that it bring better things..you know..along with the expectable bad.

Chive returned soon after message flower had wilted, he looked like he was about to fall over. Standing up, Vaye guided Chive over to the bed, listening to his words in slow breaths. "It's alright Chive.....we need rest...." Vaye answered slowly herself, also tired after so long. "We'll discuss this later...." laying to next to Chive, Vaye continued to think about that message....a human....a human took her persona....but she took two....who's else was stolen??

"O..kay...Vaye.." Chive mumbled out with a sleepy smile, heaving out a long yawn before nuzzling his head into the pillow. Today has just been so odd....so odd in so many ways..but even with the panic from Eva's disappearance...her being pulled into the war...Exo apparently taking on Puc in a brawl of sorts...Chive still thought of it as a rather good day...time with Vaye and everything just made it too good to be ruined. Barely awake Chive murmured a quiet, "..Good night..Vaye.." before slipping off into sleep once more, calm face and tiny smile back over his face, everything in the chambers quiet, once more.

Whoever this human was, had made Vaye's plan easier to follow through yet more difficult to accomplish. Chive still believes her persona was destroyed..and is possibly destroyed now. But on another note, that human could have taken those personas for them-self, perhaps they know about the war as well....? Vaye was thinking too much into this.....she needed sleep....

"Master, vigilance and hope have returned to the battlefield, as you requested." Lei-Lei bowed at her master, another task done successfully. "Well done, be cautious for the next battle to begin." Wizeman advised, sending Lei-Lei back into nightmare, to heighten her senses, and notify the next fight.

With the rest of night having drifted its way out of the chambers to allow the new day to take its turn, the common silent calling to wake from slumber was cast out again to all that may hear it, and answering that call with a roll onto his back, Exo let his watered eyes pop their way open.
Exo stared up at his celing as he let out his usual yawn, empty eyes staring up at the white all above him, eyes that sat deep in thought...before blandly breaking away..as Exo's body began to move. Without much time at all gone by Exo had already gotten up and out of bed, already up and out into the hallway, drifting silently through this cold white place they call their home, drifting past his younger sibling's door...drifting all the way...until he reached the only other door in his sight. The single entrance to his sister's quarters.
A gentle click was made but nothing more before the door slyly crept open, a blue peeping eye peering through the small crack that had been produced, a blue peeping eye that studied with an empty gaze its item of intrest curled next to something of little intrest in comparassion. The eye studied the red horns and white face of the room's owner, looking from that face, to the other face, which sat no less then a couple inches away..watching as the red one's eyes soon squeezed together...listening to the light moan coming from the now moving figure...and soon enough..watching a black eye open its own way up. Without much time after that the door soon gave another quiet click, closed once again as the blue eye pulled back and away, the figure that owns it making his way back to his own room...no frown upon his face.

Eva gave a small yawn as she pulled her way back into the world, opening tired eyes up to the sight of the white walls of her home, and to the feel of Puc still lying by her side.
A small smile came across Eva's face as she pushed herself upright, hugging her knees to her chest after giving a slight stretch, feeling tremendously better after gaining most of a full night's rest..but...work will have to be continued as soon as they leave this room..getting Vaye out of here...showing Chive just what a puppet he's become...perhaps hiding away from the competition again...it was all still too much to even think about..but at least there's still one good thing in all the troubles around..
With a shift of the gaze Eva soon found herself looking at Puc, gigling a little as she watched him sleep so soundly. She has never really seen anything worthy of being dubbed the word, but..off all the things she's seen...this has to be the..cutest.
"..Puuuc.." Eva sang lightly, taking her finger and lightly tracing around Puc's eyes as he still remained sleeping, "..Puuuc....oh Puuuc.....wake up Puuuc..wake uup.."

Puc thought deep in his sleeps, about a question he had pondered since the start of this war, if he won.....what would his wish be? It was true, he wanted to create a harmonized world for Eva, Puc, and other nightmarens to enjoy...sounds.....familiar... perhaps...he also wants to know the truth....to why Wizma-
That voice...so...lovely...Puc opened his eyes, to see Eva's finger close to his face. "Um....morning?" Puc sat up, did he sleep too long? judging by Eva's soft smile, she was just happy to see him. Puc streched his arms up, remembering that he needed to tell Eva, about their.....new alliance.

"Good morning, Puc." Eva chuckled out merrily, propping her weight up against her knees as Puc joined her sitting up. "..I noticed you come back completely exhausted last night..." Eva began gradually, unsure if she wanted to know the answer..but...she'd never feel rest if she didn't at least ask, "...Those two didn't give you trouble after you went to talk to them..did they?.."
Puc had looked like the definiton of sleepy when he had spread himself down onto Eva's bed last night..he was even tired enough to not even feel Eva getting in and out of the bed..those two couldn't have done all that to him...could they.?
