Midsummer NiGHTopia [open, and still accepting characters, humans now avalible]

Reala and SPiTE made their distance through the tunnels of this lost cave, but no sign of getting anywhere else other then their current scenery.
"This isn't getting us anywhere!" SPiTE complained loudly, not surprised Reala's plan wouldn't work, but the again he had nothing planned himself...
"perhaps there is another way out then..." Reala thought, maybe the key to this exile was to be trapped with no exit, or with an exit, that can't easily be found...

Puc cringed as Vaye drew closer, he never could say he hated her, he never had the feelings or strength to ever get rid of her forever...but here and now, this rivalry will end.
"You're free as well, doing everything you want.....I was the only exception, correct?" Puc understood her actions, if she was really determined......she wouldn't accept any other thought but her own....Puc was grateful this would be all over and his life with Eva would continue...
"right......please make this count...." Vaye whispered as she kissed Puc, asking for Puc to embrace, not just accept.

But...but..he was told.....must just be a missunderstan..ding.....but-...
It didn't make sense at all to Chive to see what he's seeing. He was told diffrently...told that Vaye hated Puc, and Puc loved his sister...but if both were so, this scene would not be happening...and even if he knew very little of love, Chive assumed that much would be true. He couldn't understand..actually didn't really want to understand...maybe never understand this whole thing, all it's done is make a horrible feeling in the pit of his stomach.
Chive bent down and lazily picked up his sheild, shaking his head. True, he knows little of love and how it works, but his stomach told him this is something he shouldn't be near, and following his gut Chive left the two without a second thought, heading back for the fountain by himself.
...This must be it, this must be why love is not ment to be...sister will agree when she understands..she's tough enough for a little stomach pain..

Puc couldn't do it, he endured the kiss for as long as it could last, but he could not follow through with Vaye's request.....he didn't have the same feelings for her, so all this was to him was....just a strange way to declare peace. It wasn't right to just give in like this, but if this was all Vaye wanted in the end....so be it.....Puc would return to Eva and Vaye would remain here at the dream gate, enjoying her mischief.
Vaye ended the kiss by whispering, "you're cured." And vanishing in the thick woods. Looking at his hands, they returned to their normal glow of color.
It was done, Puc walked back to the fountain to find Chive......to leave from this set nightmare, and back to comfort...

Chive just wanted to go back home already, all this confusion he has on everything that's happened around here has only given him a big headache. It still bothered him that he hadn't stayed and made sure Puc got the help that he wanted like he had planned, but Chive was sure that if by some slim chance what Vaye had said before is true this time, Puc will be as good as new soon enough....he'll worry about what to think of him now when this horrible headache goes away.
Arriving back at the flowing fountain he had made his entrance at Chive heaved a groan, tossinng his sheild on the stone-covered ground. Forget trying to salvage any paint he can from that thing...Chive just wants to get back home, and back to the people that are actually sensable..

"Chive!" Puc called out, seeing Chive at weak strength, going after Vaye must have taken enough out of him to leave him in this state. "Are you alright.....I want to thank you for everything, for helping me, protecting me.....I now only hope I can do the same for you." He reached out his hand, helping get Chive to his feet.

Chive stared at Puc's kind offer to help him to his feet..not really sure if it would be right for him to take it or not. It was a nice gesture of appriciation, meaning it would be rude to turn it down...but then again..he still wasn't sure what to think anymore.
With a small sigh Chive grasped Puc's out-stretched hand, accepting his favor as he got himself back up into the air. "Lets just get you home..." he responded quietly, looping up and around once more as he traced a portal back to their chambers, now noticing for the first time the few pieces of scattered metal lying proudly infront of his door.
So maybe Eva broke out...Chive was too tired to care anymore.

"So what's the plan now then?" SPiTE wondered if his partner in crime found a way out of this exile, Reala responded, "we wait."
"Wait? wait for what??" SPiTE didn't understand, was the answer just going to appear in front of them just for being patient, doubtful. "You can give up if you want to Reala, but I'll still find the exit to this place, with or without you." With that, their partnership ended, and Reala didn't warn him otherwise.

Puc felt refreshed, feeling fully alive once again, he returned home, his troubles with Vaye were done for and she would not be a bother anymore. But yet, concern took Puc by force, noticing down the hallway, a door off its hinges......whos? and why?

Chive followed along the trail of metal mess with his half-open eyes, sadly already knowing where this path of scraps would lead him to.
Unsurprisingly finding that the trail ended up at Eva's door didn't shock him in the least since he knew it was only a matter of time before she'd get herself out, but really...did she have to go and make all this mess after paralooping herself free? Honestly...Chive could understand wanting to get all the chains and locks off the door as soon as possible, but this mess was just so unlike someone such as his older sister..maybe she really was as tired as she had acted.
With a quick raise of his hand Chive immediately snapped his fingers, signaling the hallway to light back up from its dark and shadowy state and return all gray to white, but as the lights came on throughout the hall and the strange mass at the base of Eva's door became visible in both color and shape...all Chive could do was stare, and blink.
..He wanted to keep her from making a mistake..! Not make her shake her stinkin' door apart to get free!

Puc winced as the room came into light, then the scene was clear to see, the door belong to Eva's room, and on top of the door, Eva herself, asleep. How puzzling this situation was, Eva was sound asleep on her own broken down door. But why? He didn't think it would be as simple as her getting angry at not being able to open her door....unless, something was preventing her....perhaps a prank of some sort...Exo....

"..Oh, gracious..." Chive muttered to himself softly, rubbing his head as his gaze slowly lowered to his feet. This entire fiasco was all his fault....but to speak honestly, he didn't feel any shame. True, locking his own sibling in her room by force probably was a tactic that could have been improved, but if Eva was worked up enough to tear her own door down in an attempt to get back out and go to who-knows-where...yeah, having her be locked up for a while is still passible to him.
"..Puc?" Chive began sleepily, letting a small yawn pass as he started to assess the damages again, "...Would you take Eva back to her bed please? I..uh...I better get to cleaning up around here..." It was only fair. Chive made the locks and chains, and if they're now a mess, he has to clean up the locks and chains. ...won't be the first time.

"Of course." Puc answered quickly, it made him blush to be close to Eva again... how wondrous it is to Puc after all the struggles and actions he's been through. He lifted Eva into his arms, sensing her touch again was a calm reminder, Puc was home again. Placing Eva down on her bed, he laid next to her, knowing she would enjoy seeing Puc when she awakes, back to normal once again.

"To think I would even listen to him...." SPiTE complained to himself as he wondered along the cave alone, feeling a repetitive thought follow each time he ended up at a dead end. There had to to be a way out, SPiTE only planned on finding a designated exit, while Reala returned back to the arrival site, perhaps there was guidance there...

While Puc tended to the accomidatons of his master, Chive set to work getting the hallway back in order. After gradually gathering up all his chunks of metal scattered around into one large pile, Chive reached back and took his brush in his hands once again, holding it outward as the bristles on its end soon grew to a sharp point. There weren't many ways for Chive to dispose of his messes, but just trying to salvage the paint he can from this pile should be enough to get most of this pain taken care of. Soon what once was Chive's smooth handled paint brush now stood proudly with a pen like tip, supporting a golden lever in the middle of its handle, and as Chive gently lowered the tip of the brush into the pile and pulled the lever outward, the metal soon began to change back into the multicolored liquid it had been forged from, and quickly retreated back into the brush through the tip. With that little chore completed, he was soon to be finished; just had to get Eva's door back up, and then he call it a night. But as he got to his sister's beaten-down door...he couldn't help but take a little look to see if she was truely alright, and seeing her happily snuggled up to Puc with a smile still on her face, Chive didn't have the heart to go wake her up...and deciding to just let the situation go as it may, Chive picked the door and its pieces up and hiked the mess to his room.
..It's best leave them to their rest.

Wiseman viewed the world of the humans, still strange in their ways, and still a bountiful resource. Plans have already started these human transformation to become a hybrid of nightmaren and mortal, but even with the introduction of this 'virus' to the human race, only a few percent of the world population is now truly hybrid. It wasn't enough, Wiseman needs more of these hybrids to even begin his conquest.

Meanwhile, back at the dream gate, Vaye skipped happily along the trail of which visitors are usually toured on when first arriving, sprouting flowers of many colors, getting her first kiss had truly made her joyous, and had high hopes, for someday finding a nightmaren like Puc, and begin this love chase once again.

As the rest of night's gentle atmosphere drifted its way away throughout the chambers, day once again let its calling of the new day sing out to all those who may hear.
Answering the call with a soft yawn and a stretch, Eva awoke pleasently from her peacful slumber, coming back to her empty little white-walled world. She felt wonderful after getting some much needed rest...but it just wasn't the same waking up without Puc by her side...oh, how she missed that sweet voice calling her awake...it made her plop her head back in her pillow just thinking about it. There's just nothing in the world that can compare to that feeling...and Eva's gone and missed it.
With a small groan escaping her as she moved, Eva rolled over, sulkily digging her face into the other side of her pillow...but as she let her eyes open up again...Eva saw something she could never have expected. Sleeping right next to her side, his face right up at hers....Puc.
Completely shocked by the sudden discovery that she wasn't even alone in her own bed, Eva instantly yelped, pushing herself away on instinct, and falling right out of the bed, landing with a thump on the hard white floor.
What in the world-...when had Puc come in here??? And...and just long has he been sleeping right there??
Why???

Puc woke, hearing something knock to the floor, his eyes were wide open to see Eva on the floor in shock. Sitting up he starred right at her, "are you alright Eva?" He asked concerned, what could possibly startle her? But then again, when Puc found her on his return from the dream gate, she was sleeping in the middle of the hall by herself, must have gotten scarred from seeing Puc sleep next to her....that can be surprising, "I'm sorry if I startled you, I didn't mean to, but I feel asleep after I got you back to your room.....I didn't think you would mind...." apologizing bashfully.

"Oh no, it's-...it's alright, sweetheart!" Eva stuttered out quickly, clumsily climbing her way back onto the bed, knees now shakey, "I was just...I was just convinced I was waking up alone today...that little fall was no fault of yours, none at all."
Ending her pleas with a happy chuckle, Eva tried her best to just laugh the whole incident off, but truth be told...she still feels utterly humiliated. To do such a stupid thing...how embarassing...and to make poor Puc feel self-concious just made it even worse! She couldn't really remember what occured last night other than having to get out of her room for some reason, but Eva could only assume that all the noise she must have made is what eventually set Puc up in here..so if that were true...shouldn't he be the one being apologized to?
Sure she got a pleasent shocker waking up, but she had forced Puc, sick and tired Puc, to get up, come alllll the way down here, and clean up her mess....he really is the sweetest person she has ever met..

Puc stood up offering his hand to help Eva back to her feet, "I'm healed up now." Puc began, giving her the good news that the virus was no longer a threat to him, "thanks to Chive, he was really determined to find an antidote." He saw it rather fitting that Chive got all the credit, to let Eva know that Chive respects Puc enough to risk saving his life, considering Puc as family.

"Chive...cured you of your illness?" Eva repeated lighty as she took Puc's hand, getting herself to her feet as well. Chive went and did something like that? But why? Eva thought Chive wasn't really that fond of Puc anymore...what, with that little incident a few nights ago...but it looks like she guessed wrong about her sibling...huh...
"Well, now...if Chive went and did that for you, I suppose I'll have to go thank him for that later..." Eva said with a smile, pulling Puc into a hug, "..I'm just happy you're all better again.."
Oh....dumb Chive. How does he always manage to do something to make up for his blunders before Eva can get a hold of him? And-.....oh...he fixed up her door..too? Wow...well, um...hmph. That heartless evil little genious...now Eva's not even mad anymore..

SPiTE woke up, not remembering much except traveling through that never ending cave as light soon become pitch black....that's all her remembered.
"So you're still alive?" Reala asked him, standing next to the cave wall.
SPiTE couldn't believe it, how it angered him to see Reala again, "Of course, I can do things on my own, I don't need your help!" it's not like Reala did any better, but he noticed something, Reala was clearly visible. A strong source of light? where? He looked over his shoulder, and there was the cave entrance, he was shocked, and how to. "How....how did you find it?"
"An idea came to mind, apparently those glowing rocks we saw arriving here got their glow from the cave entrance. So I just broke open a way to get through, and carried you all the way here."
SPiTE's anger grew back again, so Reala found him faint and felt generous....

"Yes, I'm glad that I feel....more welcomed here." Puc told Eva as he smiled, Chive was able to accept Puc's love for Eva, and he was grateful for that, and who knows, maybe Exo will soon think of him more as a guest then a threat soon enough.

Eva thought about Puc's words as she continued to keep him in her hug, suprised at herself for not even concidering what was apparently pure fact. When Puc had made his first appearance...one welcomed him nicely, but the other just gave him a crude title...and even more so after that, when Puc had collapsed, who was the one who just sat there heartlessly?
Exo...the final hurdle. The only one that hasn't accepted Puc into their home completly, and the only one who has never used his name...that pig. "...Our home is your home, sweetheart. Forever and always." Eva whispered with a small smile, rubbing Puc's back as she rested on his shoulder. That phrase is true, one hundred percent.
There's just one doofus that hasn't gotten the memo yet.

"Thank you." Puc responded softly as he brought Eva into a kiss, it is great to know how much respect he has gotten since becoming Eva's servant and away from Wiseman's control. It did surprise him, Wiseman hasn't sent them on a mission in the past few days, perhaps it was best not to think about, he enjoyed being with Eva on their own adventures rather then on important assignments.

With a gentle click and light turn of metal Chive's door gradually poked itself open, revealing two black and white eyes scanning up the hallway for a moment, before rolling down the other way. It bugged him....it truely, truely did. Really, it made no sense to him whatsoever! What kind of mean joke is this?? There was no other option, he just had to ask, but he knew Eva still must be sore with him...so that only leaves Exo or Puc to help him..and since Puc is unavailable as well....older brother was his only hope. Exo would be able to tell him....yeah, Exo always helps him out with this kind of stuff!
With a silent swoop, Chive stealthily snuck out of his room, making his way for Exo's door as quickly as possible. He didn't want anyone else to think the same way...but he couldn't take wondering about it any longer.. "..Exo?" Chive asked politely, knocking on his brother's door with a hesitant hand, "Brother...help me?"
Only a few seconds after Chive's request, the door opened up quickly, revealing a calm looking Exo...but a worried one at that. "Are you injured?" he asked immediately, scanning his younger sibling up and down. "No...no," Chive said meekly, tapping his fingers together as he stared at the floor, "I just..........can I ask you something? Tell me the truth?"
Exo stared at Chive with amused eyes, but wasn't completely suprised at his odd request. Chive never could think things through completely without help. "Go on.." Exo murmered, proping himself up against the door frame.
"Well..." Chive began, shifting uncomfortably, "..........do I really have a silly name??"

"So what's outside this cave?" SPiTE asked, interested if Reala scouted out to the other side.
"Sand." Reala answered bluntly as he led SPiTE to the entrance of the cave, and what stood before them was miles and miles of sand dunes, with blinding sense as sand traveled with the changing winds.
"She sent us to a desert?!?!" SPiTE couldn't believe it, it made him laugh, "to think leave us for dead, we'll be out of here in no time." gloating with confidence he stepped out into the desert, to find himself sinking into the sand.

"Is your name silly?" Exo asked with his non-present eyebrow raised..all the way up, "No, no! What in Master's name gave you that idea?"
"Well I just....this girl said...and I did not..." Chive stuttered, rubbing his foot back and forth on the floor. He was utterly relieved to hear that someone thought his name wasn't silly....but, it might have been better to think of an explination for his odd question before coming down here... "Well, I don't really care who this girl is, Chive," Exo said with a shake of his head, getting himself off the side of the door frame with a lazy lean upward, "...but I think you might favor taking in the same opinion."

Being lead into a kiss sent Eva's mind a-whirl once more, reviving that dangerous thought from the back of her mind in an instant. ...She wants to say it...and this time, she's going to. No more chickening out, no more running away..she wants to say it.
As their kiss ended, Eva took a silent gulp, trying to sease her hand's shaking as she gripped them both tightly into fists. "...Puc?" Eva began lightly, squeezing her balled up fists even tighter, "I...I um...I'm sorry that this is...kind of late...b-but.." She can do this...just a few words away...just those few impossible to pronounce words away, "I-I...I.........I love you, too..."

Puc smiled, he accepted Eva's words and already knew through her actions and her company. Yet, it did seem strange.....she never said those words before. Puc easily said them with no regrets.....was she not ready to be pulled into this kind of relation. Perhaps not, he was assigned to be her servant, but finding out his past put pieces together.....she barely understood previously about what love meant... now....the past didn't matter, that was all left behind, she was ready now, "I'm glad." He responded, no more worries, no more problems, whatever comes ahead, they'll be ready
