Midsummer NiGHTopia [open, and still accepting characters, humans now avalible]

Jackle took the shot and let out a yell of pain as he was flung back into a tree. He laid there, he couldn't move his body. He looked up at Lintery with half opened eyes, she was serious about his demise. Would this be the end of the mischievous joker known as Jackle?

Lintery, looked at Jackal with evil eyes.
"You will pay Jackal for anyone you have hurt in the past not just me anyone you get it!"
"you dont get it I have trained hard every day fighting any Nightmaren who came close to my house to protect my secret this is 100 percent me no wishing was involved but."
Lintery, fired another lazer shot at Jackal but as she did it she started to cry.

Eva gripped her forearms and continued. "Good evening Miss Bella, my name is Eva, but you may call me by whatever you wish, since you are a higher rank than I." Eva driffted to the side to show herself completely. "You might be wondering what I'm doing all the way out here..." she said innocently. "As I previously stated, I'm out doing a little favor for an aquaintance of mine..."
"Whether I want to or not.."
"So if you would be so kind as to let me make this quick, I would be tremendously gratefull." Eva said with a slight curtsy, her eyes glowing mischeviously.

Lintery flew down to Jackal, and picked him up by the neck.
"Jackal, I want to kill you but you just seem to weak now i'm going to do something that well make the water disgusting but it well be worth it because it well kill hopefully kill you if not I want you to continue to fight!"
Lintery tosses Jackal, into the river then start's fireing several ideya lazers at him.

Jackle screamed, the pain had finally got to him, it echoed through out the forest. His head fell limp, as did the rest of his body. The only movement was the cold night breeze blowing through his cape. This had gone on far enough. He's limp body, thrown in the river, it was time to react.

Queen Bella was puzzled by Eva's actions, having no idea what she intended to do. Hearing the sound of screams startled Bella, as quickly jumped trees and hid behind one nearby. If this Eva planned anything strange, Queen Bella find a way to counter it.

Puc was awaken by the sound of someone in pain. He knew it wasn't safe to just curiously find the source. But they might need help, and it would be the right thing to do, for Eva's sake. Puc rushed through the forest, hoping it wasn't too late to save this victim.

Jackle raised his arms, taking hits from the shots, to play his set card, 2 of wands. A circle of flames appeared around Lintery and began to lift up around her, creating a caged prison. Jackle flew out of the water with a wicked grin and evil laugh. "You should have learned by now, revenge is not as sweet as it tastes." He said licking his lips with excitement.

"And you should have thought of my rock I wish that the flames were around Jackal."
The flames go to Jackal.
"JACKAL YOU WILL PAY!"
She stars firing her lazers all around Jackal she had to miss if she wanted her newest combo attack to work.

The flames around Jackle acted more as shield then a trap, as he searched through his deck, for his next card to play. He awaited for a direct shot, acting weak again might get her attention, but then again, this battle had become a do or die situation.

Lintery knew all of Jackal's, tricks she had to not hit him she needed to act like she was going to kill him.
"Jackal get ready this next shot is going right for you."
Lintery, knew that Jackal would try to get a death card.
Spire my final wish I wish that all of Jackal's cards would disapear.

"What in the-?!" Eva froze hearing what sounded like a terrible screech. "...Jackle?!" she whispered looking off into the distance. "Should I go see what in the world just happened-" she thought quickly, "-or stay here and possibly be injured..."
Eva stood up straight with an "of course" face. "I'm sorry for the confusion Miss Bella, I must depart!"
Eva bolted toward the direction from which the terrible noise originated, glad to know she got out of any physical confrontation.
"...Jackle wouldn't be hurt, would he? .....can he even GET hurt?"

Lintery, thought about what had happend.
"Spire he's gone he this is the second time that I lost him."
Lintery, started to cry she remeberd all the good time's that they had together
"Jackal, why did this have to happen wait other's are coming I can feel it."
She thought that it didn't matter anymore she let her anger go.
"Jackal I'm done with you Spire is gone forever and i'm alone you won not I am going to kill you!"
"Jackal, let's start round 2!"

"My....my cards....gone?!?!" Jackle couldn't believe the sacrifice, to get rid of her beloved friend in order to put Jackle at a disadvantage, that would cost him his existence. Amazingly, Jackle knew his defeat, he never thought he would be terminated by a Nightmaren, that has reached Ultima.

Queen Bella decided it would be safer to hide away till they all left, then attack and be easily exposed. She left into the deeper trees. Curious of what was happening, but she felt safer not knowing, feeling a tension more powerful and deadly then ever predicted, an ultimate Nightmaren is born...

Puc made his way to an entrance of an open field, the sound came around here somewhere. He felt unsafe, but he would have to be brave, and face his fears. He stepped into the field, now where would this yell come from? A chill went up his spine, was Eva nearby?

Lintery, deside's to do somthing for Jackal.
"Hey Jackal, this was my destiney Spire and I knew this would happen but i'm giving this to you as a gift."
tosses the death card into Jackal's hands.
"Now that you are useless i'm leaving good luck i'm going to go find the forbidden ideya and once I do i'm going to kill Wizeman and any Nightmaren who get's in my way."
Lintery take's off into the sky flying to the first forbidden ideya in splash garden.

Jackle held the card in his hands, he now only had a deck of one, and felt....empty. His power was taken away within an instant, and now he was just as weak as the exiled nightmarens that lived in this forest. He didn't feel like laughing, just stare into space....he felt like he needed somebody to hold.

Eva stopped as she came to an open space between the trees, and kneeled down onto one of the last branches extending from the edge of the forest. Her head began turning in all directions, looking for any sign of the crazed lunatic she was still working for. She hopped off the branch and flew into open air, feeling a small uneasiness in the pit of her stomach. She continued on, but stopped and held her breath, seeing somthing she never expected.
"Oh my wize-" she gasped out, seeing her current boss entrapped between revolving fire. Eva held her position until the strange Nightmaren in front of him had made their leave before diving downward, hovering a bit overhead of her boss.
"Are you hurt anywhere..?"

As Lintery, was flying away she knew what she had to do collect all six forbidden ideya then kill Wizeman.
"Jackal was defeated now all I need to do is get the forbidden ideya."
Lintery, knew that Jackal was weak now but she didn't care she has desided to forget her free life in the forest.

Jackle snapped his fingers, and flames quickly became dying ash. He moved his hand through the ash, till he found a card, the 2 of wands. It seems her wish only got the cards in his deck. But he only had two cards. Without his others cards, he couldn't just activate them right then and there, it would now take time, and time wasn't on there side. "Eva, you have a new mission...."

Lintery, stopped she has finally made it splash garden.
"There it is where my quest for the forbidden ideya began."
"I'm tired but that doesn't matter Spire's gone but Jackal I dont know why I didn't kill him like I planed I have to get this forbidden ideya."
Lintery, land's on a hill and smiles.
"This is going to be great I'm pretty sure that Jackal will try to get his card's back that or he'll get another servent to come after me."
"I'm to soft I should have killed him he dosn't have anything to fight me with exept with that death card that I gave him I better get searching..."

After scouting the area for a short while, Puc was hiding behind a push, just a few feet from the broken down Jackle, and Puc's lost love Eva. He gulped his fear with a heavy swallow, he couldn't be seen. But it wasn't enough to hide it, whatever or whoever defeated Jackle must be more powerful then any Nightmaren to be created.

Lintery, stopped she knew where the ideya was now that she was close to the center
"Now if my memory serve's me correct I need to pass a test if i want to get this forbidden ideya what was it again the test of."
Lintery, couldn't remeber what test this was she knew there were six test the test of hope, the test of power, the test of smartness, the test of chaos, the test of exeptance, and the test of guidance.
"Like I said before I may have been weak when I was a kid but this was so much easier back then."
Lintery, sat infront of the statue waiting for it to tell her what her test was.

Eva lowered to the ground, feelng an upsetting vibe in the air. "That scream was you...wasn't it?" she asked calmly. "That Nightmaren I saw in front of you...did they do somthing to you?"
Eva tried to provoke a little conversation. To her, the more time away from these so called "missions", the better. She looked to her temporary boss, noticing a strange card in one of his hands. Of the two she could see, the one that seemed rather clean didn't make her feel right. She stared at it for a moment or two, before shifting her gaze back into the eyes of her 'superior'.

"The Nightmaren I fought with...." Jackle began, still in shock. "Was a recreated Nightmare by Wisemen, after I was order to injury her till she was nothing more then a broken doll ready to be repaired, and she is recreated. Wisemen's best creation yet.....One that would be willing to sacrifice everything to destroy something dear to everyone that gets in her way....Lintery......"

Lintery, had enterd the spirit world were her test would begin.
"So this is the spirit world and the test I need to do is the test of aceptance I need to learn to acept Jackal and realise that Spire is gone."
Lintery, started to think on how to learn peace with Jackal.

"Lintery, huh...?" Eva said trailing off as she thought on it for a moment. "And that one little girl, did all this to you?" she said, still doubtful on how strong a nightmaren this girl could be...but then again...if she was made by Wizeman, Eva couldn't erase the idea of this "Lintery" being a threat.
"Why would this kid come and pick a fight with you, Jackle? Because you did as you were told and punished her? Well OBVIOUSLY if this girl can't see you were doing what Master thought best, then she's just-!" Eva stopped herself, she didn't feel like going on a two hour rant about someone she'd never heard about before. She was very touchy when it came to the matter of, "Wizeman knows best", and never let anyone else influence her otherwise.

As Lintery, kept doing her test she had a vision of Jackal the training camp and saw herself back when she was a kid it was the day she was exiled and when she got her scar.
"Hello is anyone here i'm looking for Jackal!"
as her past self said that The future Lintery, saw the card coming out of the shadow's she did all in her power not to jump in front of the card.
The past Lintery, scream's when she get's her scar.
Lintery, kept looking at what was happening she had passed the first part of the test.
"Two parts left I hope they well be easier then this one..."

Jackle stood up, "Your next mission begins now." He hid his remaining cards in his left glove and began to explain this 'mission' "We have to stop Lintery. With the power she currently has, if it continues to increase, her current body won't be able to control. Eventually taking a new form, most likely........a second Wisemen. We'll have to find others to help us first......" Jackle paused, surprized how he was talking, but then again, Armageddon can change a person's feelings.
