Overlooked Video game themes

Do you know of any songs in a game/game series that's overshadowed by something else later on in the series/a track in the game?
There's one instance I can really really think of, and that's the wily stage 1 theme from megaman 1, it's overshadowed by wily stage 1 theme from megaman 2
