Are we allowed to put fanfics or links to fanfics in the Art section? If not, then where can we put them?

Add a suggestion for a story section to the Suggestion Box.
I like the idea, but it's up to the community.

I would not add stories to the art section, just because it would get a little messy that way.

And of course, please only share stories that you have written, unless you have permission from the author to share or repost their work.
