"My Dream" question

I'm not sure how to get more A-lifes in my Dream, is there a certain way to capture them, and/or is it only certain levels to get them?

Paralooping Nightopians or Nightmarens tends to send them to your MyDream.
If you just go on a chase misson and paraloop whichever you want, that should do the trick. Just keep in mind that the Nightmaren will eat your Nightopains if you try to put both of them in there.
