Regarding Jackson

You know my brother's dog, Jackson. A few years back, he had a freak accident and had a stick lodged in his mouth. We nearly lost him then.

The injured gum remained swollen and finally rose to a point where it would bleed if he bit into anything, like during play.
It turns out that it's a cancer, and the vet doesn't know enough about it to give us a clear prognosis.


So I'm understandably upset about this. Please go easy on me for a while until I know whether or not Jackson will be more or less okay for whatever time he has left.

I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to the poor fella. I'll be there for you if you need anyone to talk to about anything. You know we all love you here, SiLK.
