ShoutBox on Dreams For the Fandom

It's something I've seen on a couple of other forums, they have a thing called a shoutbox. It's basicly a general discussion, but without having to make a new topic every time you wish to discuss something new. I don't know it may draw more attention to the forums, it may not.
