Gera's World of Dreams~

Somehow, I knew that I would eventually make a Dream Journal here....^_^;

Well, I guess I'll just get down to business and start....

This first dream I'll talk about is one I had last night. It was a semi-surreal, but epic crossover of Klonoa, Super Mario Galaxy (Luma cameos, anyone?), Portal, Animal Crossing, MySims, and a few other fandoms.

The first part was a mix of Klonoa and Super Mario Galaxy with a few original elements. It consisted of Klonoa saving an alternate and surreal version of our world. It also included having to care for little star companions and make them strong enough to grant wishes. This was also the part where I visited a Romanesque temple that was somehow balancing on top of a thin towers of rocks. To my greatest surprise, I met NiGHTS inside! I had a little star companion that wanted me to get his/her autograph, but I just settled for talking a bit with our favorite purple jester. I asked NiGHTS the question of whether Jackle was invisible or truly a walking pile of laundry, when Jackle decided to float by and complain that he lost one of his gloves. Oh, and I swear I saw Chamelan sneaking by....I think he might've popped in to say hello....

The second part was an original storyline that took place inside of a futuristic, business-like military facility, where the ranks were color-coded (black being lowest and silver being highest). It had the charming characters of Animal Crossing and MySims (with some other fandoms and a few original characters) mixed with the action and maturity of Portal. The main character was a new recruit that's assigned to the black rank (the rank that hardly does anything, really) and is jealous of the higher ranks. He often tries to prove himself worthy of a higher rank, sometimes even sneaking into high-rank meetings with a disguise. His attempts pretty much failed, making him frowned upon by his peers and superiors. But, it doesn't really matter, since he knows about and is battling a mysterious threat that's trying to destroy this strange military from the inside....

And that, kids, is the result of drinking lots of coke, eating a burger, watching a Portal walkthrough to the very end, and then going to bed at 2:30 in the morning. ._.;

Well, I finally had a dream memorable enough to put here in my journal. Sure, it only has two parts that I can remember, but that's better than nothing!

The first part was about a carnival/outdoor cosplay convention. It was one of my family members' birthday, but my mom took me here to play until it was dusk. After a while of walking, I noticed certain cosplays and eventually found a cosplay of one of my favorite characters while goofing around in the playground section. I think I may have become a pre-teen in this dream....

Anyway, after taking care of things at the playground, I went over with mom and shyly asked the cosplayer if I could take his picture. He agreed, but didn't put on the costume's helmet. He obviously thought I just wanted his picture.

Long story short, I followed him around until he got the message. He was a good sport about it, since I offered to help him carry his stuff to his car from the center building. He promised to e-mail me the picture, saying he'd do it in a pose from official artwork. I knew which one he was talking about.

The other part was either more or less memorable. All I remember from this one is that I was in a cave, being carried away by some rapids made of regular milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk, banana milk, and maybe some vanilla milk. In short, I dreamed of being carried away by some neopolitan milk river rapids....

....Yeah....That's it.... ._.;

It's been a while since I've put any dreams in this journal.... ._.;

Well, I got a new bed and room now. Last night was my first time sleeping in there, actually.

To celebrate, my Dream Guardian gave me a great dream. In fact, I think it was one of the best dreams I ever had!

I dreamt about being back in high school. However, it wasn't the high school I graduated from, but a school that tends to appear in my dreams from time to time. Anyway, I was riding the bus when I noticed something about the bus driver. He was a male, yes....but not a human. He was a robot.

Yes, my school was home to the first robot busdriver ever. His name was Hovo (or was it Hobo? I think my memory of my Japanese constants regarding v and b popped up here). And guess what? I developed a crush on him!

I witnessed him talking to the kids on the bus, making them laugh with his crude, but effective jokes. I also saw him talking with the other bus drivers, too. I was mesmerized by just watching him and his non-human, wire-infested, swirling tower of a body, as well as his computer monitor head with two digital golden gems for eyes and his delightfully blocky mouth.

Okay, I realize that doesn't sound very attractive to you. I'm a robosexual, though. Sure, he had his flaws, but they added to his charm! I found them to be endearing!

Anyway, from talking with one of the teachesr, it appeared that Hovo was a little bipolar in nature. He sometimes had some swings of agitation. Maybe that's why he sometimes looked so grumpy....

Did I mention that he was a super stickler for rules? When the rules say "thrown off the bus", he really takes it literally....>_>;;

Ah, well. Like I said, it's sorta endearing. Plus, it makes him more believable as an individual, even if he's only a concoction of my active imagination and dreams.

And so, the whole school day was spent with me talking about how cool, awesome, and cute Hovo happened to be. Sure, some of the other students and some of the teachers gave me weird looks, but I was okay with them. At least they didn't question or make fun of my robosexuality.

So basically, I was in a unique high school romance story about a schoolgirl (me) having a crush on a robot bus driver (Hovo). Oh, and I was mostly accepted as a robosexual by my peers and the school staff, even if I just implied it and didn't make it too obvious.

What'd I say? Good dream, right? ~_^
